All salespeople were great! The 900 mile trip was a little bumpy from road conditions but I believe the tires may have been a little over inflated. Everything within the truck was well described and the truck had plenty of power for the haul even though the truck had 70 thousand plus miles on it! The amount of money to rent this truck from U-Haul saved me thousands compared to paying a moving company! Thank you!

My rental of a motorcycle trailer came off without a hitch (pun intended). In all seriousness, both the pickup and dropoff of the trailer was both smooth and efficient. The two gentlemen that served me were friendly and accomodating, making the experience quite easy.
Ricardo FEnsure all trailer tail lights work. Offer free trailer attachment for lights because some new trucks (like my 2026 Silverado) don’t mate with U-Haul’s connection. I had to buy an adapter for my lights to work.
