How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere were things I was supposed to do before pick up. I either missed seeing it or it was not explained properly. Please make it easier for people to know exactly what has to be done before pickup. The person on site was very helpful and my son in law managed to get through it.
Lesia B20 foot was in the middle of a water filled mud field and got stuck in the mud before I could get off the VERY POOR U Haul property. Why could the associate bring the vehicle to me? Or walk with me to the vehicles. Walked the long distance back to the office to tell them of the mud problem. They gave another vehicle but did not update/correct the contract to the new 20 footer with the correct information. I bought insurance for the first vehicle that was stuck in the mud and not the actual vehicle that I rented. I came back and requested the new contract with the actual vehicle that I rented BUT this was REFUSED by the associate. Hope the owner of this Port Charlotte location receives my concerns and responds with a respectful response. If I owned this business, I would really want to know this information. When the customer is not the center of concern then the company may not reached the desired future goal and progress. Thank you.
