The billing was wrong. They couldn't correct it. They weren't able to print a receipt when I returned it and I didn't find out until I got my email. Then I needed to call it in myself to correct.

I pulled up to the location to do the 24/7 drop off. The manager was still in the office after hours and told me where to park. He was very friendly and helpful. He gave me the option of him closing out but I still went with the 24/7 closeout.

We picked up the U-Haul truck on Saturday morning & returned it on Saturday afternoon. The only thing I would say could have been improved is the representative could have advised us that the location closed at noon. We arrived at 12:15 to return and were surprised that it was closed & had to figure out how to do the on-line return process. Just a surprise, that could have been avoided.

Pick up location was great. Attempted to do the mobile check in though and the u haul website but it was “down for scheduled maintenance†on a Saturday morning. I kept getting kicked out of the system and eventually had to wait for the location to open to verify my check in went through. Was not happy with the online portion of this u haul experience. It was supposed to be easier but feel it needs improvement.

It's always very busy in the morning. I think Jaime could use a helper, if only for the busy times. Otherwise, the rental experience was everything that you could hope for.

Facility was very understaffed. One woman was working alone and balancing many customers. She was doing a great job, but had to continually run in and out to get trailers hooked up in addition to completing paperwork.

Jamie was very professional, thorough and extremely hard working. She is especially attentive when it's concerning of the renters safety and knowledge of the equipment they are renting. Jamie even called me back to inquire as to how she could be of assistance when I failed to leave a message. I feel that was very customer conscious, it made me feel my interests of a rental were important along with it being great business relations with folks for their rental needs. I do, however, wish from a company stand point u-haul offered a half day rate. That being said, I have rented equipment twice from this location and Jamie was nothing short of a pleasurable and professional experience. I would certainly recommend this u-haul location to anyone I know whom might be in need of a rental.
