I did not like that Uhual changed my reservation from close to my house to over twenty minutes away last minute. I also did not get the 9’ foot cargo van I requested instead got a regular van. I needed the height of the other vehicle and was not told it was going to be different until I arrived. As far as the staff for this location they were helpful and the vehicle was clean other than a small odor.

JOHN PThe customer service at this location was appalling. It was a complete shock to have someone intentionally take the keys from us as we were returning the vehicle, only to then charge us an “after-hours” drop fee. We were perfectly on time and ready to complete a mobile return, but the woman at the location insisted that we hand her the keys instead. When I spoke with her over the phone, she repeatedly talked over me and raised her voice, making it impossible to get a word in. I refused to tolerate such an unprofessional and disrespectful interaction, so I had to take an alternative route and contact U-Haul’s customer service hotline directly. Truly a horrible experience at this location.
