Pick-up was not ideal, truck was dirty and almost empty on gasoline. Half a mile away the truck started shaking hard. Called the pickup location and wasn’t helpful, was told to call the 1-800 number. Loaded the truck, locked it thinking I was okay. A day later find out there is no key to the lock. Again pickup location wasn’t helpful, same instructions. He stated there isn’t a lock on any truck. Needless to say I was instructed to wait two hours for roadside assistance.. Delaying my departure time and arrival. Wasn’t compensated properly..
