I had great experience with reservation /return and customer service in Port Gibson, MS. And San Antonio, TX. My experience with Uhaul on Northview in Jackson, MS was awful had reservation for a certain day they called me on day to pickup stating they had no truck or trailer available. Don't confirm reservation if no vehicle available

Edward YThe lady that check me out was rude and was trying 2 rush me by saying I think system work on kno what tell u 🤔 I thought that was so unprofessional.ill rather go 2 another location then 2 get a uhaul from Claiborne hardware and they over charge me it got 26 foot truck and the guy jame told me he would let me get the 26 inch truck for the same price of 20ft truck fa 39.95 plus add insurance that I opt out of and the ppl told me they couldn't change anything or help me
