Edward YThe lady that check me out was rude and was trying 2 rush me by saying I think system work on kno what tell u 🤔 I thought that was so unprofessional.ill rather go 2 another location then 2 get a uhaul from Claiborne hardware and they over charge me it got 26 foot truck and the guy jame told me he would let me get the 26 inch truck for the same price of 20ft truck fa 39.95 plus add insurance that I opt out of and the ppl told me they couldn't change anything or help me
YVETTE JPick-up was not ideal, truck was dirty and almost empty on gasoline. Half a mile away the truck started shaking hard. Called the pickup location and wasn’t helpful, was told to call the 1-800 number. Loaded the truck, locked it thinking I was okay. A day later find out there is no key to the lock. Again pickup location wasn’t helpful, same instructions. He stated there isn’t a lock on any truck. Needless to say I was instructed to wait two hours for roadside assistance.. Delaying my departure time and arrival. Wasn’t compensated properly..
