.you reservation was for 730. The location did not open until 8 am. When they opened they could not find the keys and the dolly I ordered was not there so I had to wait 30 min until they found the keys. They tried to send me to another location for a volley however I could not go because they had dropped me off

JULIE ECab of the truck was clean, the back of the truck was filled with mud and other animal items. I was shocked at how bad of shape the cargo was when I opened the door. I have pictures if your team would like to follow up.
