Waited until day of rental to tell me truck not available. Upgraded to a size that ended up being to pick to maneuver into drive to load. Had to dig out snow around truck to access at uhaul lot. Poor customer service, told me “We don’t clear snow away from truck for you to access”. Couldn’t use and returned truck within an hour and a half because gotten get larger truck into a loading area. Called uhaul customer service who told me no charge. Then this local site charged me almost double what was original charge if I had used it. This needs to be refunded as promised. If this location is your only option, I recommend calling a day ahead to make sure equipment is actually available and arrive an hour early if it’s winter time.
