The truck door was bent out of shape and did not seal. It was a very loud and very cold drive

PETER RNo dolly that was ordered with zero communication from the location that it was unavailable. Original truck was in disrepair with bad brakes and a bad axel. Had to go to a second location to get both the dolly that was Non Negotiable and a functioning yet smaller truck. Costing me time, money and additional moving time. Worst experience I have ever had. Was promised credits to my account due to the insane amount of problems and was charged not just full price, but also the mileage to the second location to get a truck that actually works.
