How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe rental drop off location was fine. The 24/7 service was not when we experienced a blow out tire and Utica NY and had to wait over 17 hours to get a replacement trailer due to "no trailers" being available and the inability of customer service to find a replacement tire.
Duane Wexcellent service and equipment.
Todd STrailer drove great, front Desk women at the Howard St office in Port Huron was very helpful and friendly. Overall great value, and worked perfectly for my needs. Really nice to be able to drop the trailer off so early too.
Jacob BNo complaints. The woman who helped me (sorry did not get her name) was very nice and helpful.
