The gas and range prices were quite high even though I didn't drive that far. It makes U-haul hard to consider for moving things far away. We also had difficultly moving a king sized mattress in the 10' truck, so it would be nice to have a size guide for moving different objects.

The staff at this location were generally good. However the online/phone app truck pick up system was a failure. I tried both the app and website to pick up the truck at this location. Had to stand in line and wait for staff to enter my details again. Most of the customers in line had similar issues. Must create a lot of stress on the location staff.

I reserved a truck 1 week in advance, when I went to pickup I was informed that they had booked the same truck to someone else. 1.5 hours later I am finally on the road with a truck that has 1/4 tank of fuel. Putting me farther behind in my day. Will not go back.

Get your app to work correctly as i had to still wait 35 mins in line as it would not accept my picture. Also the foot wells should be cleaned before taking the van away

When I booked the trailer I specifically asked for a trailer without a ramp and said it was to move rocks but was given a motorcycle trailer. I dropped by to get that change and had to wait a fair bit as only one staff. Also had to wait a good 10-15 minutes when I did the pick-up because only one staff again.

Your toll free reservation line quoted me a price, but that was not the price quoted in the store. I was told I did not have to bring credit card with me to pick up truck but once there they asked me for it! There was no parking for my vehicle while I rented truck for 2 days. I drove over 700 km through rain, snow, hail and there was NO WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID! RIDICULOUS. So I am a very unhappy customer with your company. Upon returning vehicle, the young man doing the inspection and says to go in and pay $500 which again was wrong. Office had it correct thankfully. I often see Jobs for this company online, and after this adventure, I now know why. Workers tried what they could but looks like management or company level problems which you should fix ASAP. At least the truck ran well with no other problems. I would rate the experience 3/10. the workers 5/10 because it's not their fault your res line is in the USA and there was no manager on site to help or fix anything. I hope this input inspires changes and I hope I never have to rent a truck again!!!

Very concerned with the fact that I had called the day before thinking that the trailer I ordered may not be big enough and was told that they have one bigger there but I did not reserve it and took the chance of it being gone but the next day it was still there and was told I could not have it because the drop off point would not except it. So we took more Hours trying to load our items in and ending up not taking everything from B.C. to Alberta which was a 1200km trip. Just talked to Innisfail and they said they would have welcomed the bigger trailer so Please Advise.

The windshield was dirt and was hard to see out of and I was told to refill to the half a tank mark, which I did. But was charged $18 more after i returned the truck. If i rent from uhaul again I will insist the fuel tank is full before I take the truck.

I think the advertised $19.95 rental in gigantic numbers on the side of the truck is very misleading. I rented a 10 foot one ton truck for about 2 hours and put 19 miles on it. The cost was actually $73 plus $10 to top up the gas tank. The mileage charge was $30 alone plus $15 insurance. $73 is not unreasonable to rent a truck but obviously the real cost is the mileage. It would only cost $19.95 if you rented the truck, did not add insurance and didn't drive it anywhere. I knew there would be additional costs but I think that should be made clear in the advertising. Otherwise I notice the rental procedure has been greatly streamlined and is much faster than in the past.

They charged my VISA 1,070.09 twice for the same rental, said they reversed the overcharge the same day and turns out they didn't,I called them when I got back a week later only to find out they hadn't even reversed the overcharge as they said they did on the date I noticed the double charge and contacted them about it, 10 days later and I'm still waiting for my refund and it could take up to 2 months through VISA dispute channel. I've rented from U-Haul on a number of occasions but after this runaround over their double dip into my credit card I'll be looking at renting from another company.

Manager was amazing, the lot attendant tried to set us up with a vehicle with so much damage, the lot attendant keep servicing other customers who came after us. The lot attendant made the whole rental process stressful. We actually feel the lot attendant was setting us up to pay other peoples damage. Again the Manager was great and that was all, shouldn't take 90 minutes to keep up a rental that was booked online.
