Reserved a 10 foot truck a month ago. Got a call 2 days before to say they didn't have any available so it would be a cargo van. On the day of the move I mentioned I had reserved a truck as the lady said it was a van and she gave me a truck. So if they had them which they did why was I told they didn't have any left.

I had pre-order my truck #87416631 was quoted $271 - 15" truck/ $17 Safemove $12 Appliance Dolly & $5, Environmental Fee with tax paid $340.41. Expecting only additional mileage charge on return date. Was not expecting $120 charge for Extra Days (3) days. As I already paid for my 4 day rental charge in $271 truck rental

I also rented a Dollie and although it was put in the back of the truck it was not put in the holder that would keep it in one spot. Therefore driving down the road it was bouncing around and making a hell of a noise so I had to pull over and put it where it belonged ie: it’s holder.

We reserved the 10ft truck weeks ago at the gatensbury store. When we got there they did not have the truck for us. He said it went out for repairs 4 days ago and no one called me. He sent us to the Barnet store. They only had a 15ft truck. The truck only had 1/4 tank of fuel in it. We had to drive further to this location to pick up this truck and it only had 1/4 tank of fuel. The manager Andre would not give us a discount for having to drive further or for your company for not having the correct truck at the correct location for us. He was not willing to do anything for us until we repeatedly asked for some compensation for going out of our way because your company, who "guarantees" the trucks did not deliver what we reserved. He finally gave us $40 for fuel. He was very rude and not helpful. The truck did not come with a dolly or straps and was covered in dust and dirty. We reserved for 9am, finally at 10am we were able to start our move. Very poor service, very poor customer service. Totally disappointed in this company.

Clean/vacumn the ashtrays - there were ashes from cigarettes in the ashtray and it made the cab of the truck stink to the point I didn't want to get in it. Bad pungent odor for non-smokers. EVERYTHING else was clean, awesome, and easy! Thank you, Heather M.

They confirmed our truck reservation for 9 am so we booked MovingHelp on the uhaul website for 10 am and also made a ferry reservation based on pick up time and time to load. This Port Moody office called a day before our pick up date and informed us our truck would not be available until 4:30 which would have screwed up all our plans. When I asked what happened to our reserved truck at 9 am the woman that answered basically said that was just the way it is. No apology or even an excuse. A real dud. I hung up Luckily when I called back I got their head office and then spoke to someone in scheduling who found us a truck. I highly recommend NOT using the Port Moody location.

It is very difficult to access the Port Moody location. With the Honda dealership next door, a small side street, and no parking, it is problematic trying to park you car to pick up you rental.

I picked up a truck on the first of the month when you can expect lots of people to be moving. Check in was extremely slow, there was only one person assisting. Our truck was supposed to be ready for 1030am. At 1045am they were still checking it and trying to figure out why the check engine light was on. The process was very slow and frustrating when you have put in a reservation a month prior. They also tried to Change my pickup to two hours later which was unappreciated.
