Available key drop off
Sara SI was able to schedule online 2 hours before they opened. No one contacted me to correct this. On the date after arriving 2 hours early I logged in on the app but still needed to stand in line to get the uhaul. Once I made it to the counter the computer took forever. I'm now 3 hours late. I paid people to help me move. I had to pay to have them wait to help me. Then once in the uhaul it had a horrid smell and absolutely no fuel in the tank. I had to fuel it before driving anywhere. This was an absolute horrible experience. The manager on location over talked me when I was trying to explain my situation. Horrible experience. I do not recommend them!
