Overall I have been most impressed with U-Haul right from the booking, pick-up, inspection, vehicle condition, drop off, billing and knowledgeable staff - well done and keep up the good work!
DAVID NThere was a fuel charge applied when I returned the vehicle, I brought the vehicle back with the same amount of fuel there was in the tank when I picked it up. This is because you don't rent the vehicle with a full tank a fuel which would make it easier to return it with a full tank. I would like this charge reversed.
