The idiot on the phone was local but had never been to this drop off location. He kept us looking for the key drop box in the NW of the shopping center parking lot for 20 minutes. It was on the SE corner opposite of where his computer was saying. We only found it after I grew tired of the hide and seek game. Definitely not something you want to do being old and disabled after unloading a truck in the heat.
