Trying to find where the keys were was a pain. We drove all over the shopping center trying to find an office and then just happened to stumble upon the wooden post with the key boxes. Need to find a better way to let people know where to go other than a shopping center address.

Couldn't find an office, just a bunch of trucks and trailers in a parking lot. Drove around the whole plaza several times to try to find them, I called the phone number but it was after hours, and I got a voice mail.

Arla EInterior needs a good cleaning
LOIS KOur pick-up of the truck proved to be rather frustrating because, unbeknownst to us, it was classified as a "remote location", and there was no one at the location to speak to. We did end up talking to a man that "walked us through" the process. Once we actually picked up the truck and headed to our house everything went smoothly.
