Came in to pick up truck and another customer that came in to send packages came in after us and was helped before we had completed our transaction. Tried to contact when we knew we would need truck another day and we called and left messages and no one returned our calls.

Better communication on how the overall rental process works. Only half the information was explained when I reserved the rental. When I returned the next day , talk 2 a different person & found out there was more to it.

Make the sell boxes back program more efficient. I will not move with uhaul again. I was so impressed with the ease and fast delivery of the boxes I ordered (a complete set for 3 bedrooms) and pleased with the amount of boxes I ordered. However, none of the local uhaul places near by me were a part of the program. I had to drive 43 miles out of my way to find a location that bought back the boxes then when I arrived, after already calling customer service two times to clarify what I’d need, I was told I could return any of the boxes because the online order would need to be shipped back because the online orders aren’t given receipts. That is stupid. I wasted, my time, my energy and my money on a program that appeared to be simple but it really inconvenienced me far more than going to the local Home Depot to buy the moving materials I needed.

Even though I did return the truck early (on the 4th of july, which I thought my original due date was) there were no one at this location, I had to search next door (at a gas station) to find an employee working at the gas station cashier... So I had to wait until he was finished. Then he comes to help me to check it in but his system did not work over his cellphone, and all his computers are down(July 4th), i couldn't get my deposit back, so he asked me to come back the next day. The next day I come to check in the truck with a different employee she had put me hold to help 4 other costumers. When she finally got done checking me in, she said you're done, I told her no, I am waiting for my deposit, she had me wait through a few more costumers then replied sorry while giving my money back.. I didn't appreciate the service I received at mailbox max
