It was a very pleasant experience!!!! The gentleman that assisted us was so kind and helpful and quick!!!! He was the only there at the time and it stays busy with people needing to rent at this location. Location of this store was excellent due to our family was stranded at the Eagle mountain casino. Thank you so much I did not get a name but we do know he was a steelers fan!!!!!
ROMELIA ZRented before it could be cleaned. Mirror loos, I tightened. Cleaned dried mud from Rear Wheel Wells and off the exhaust pipe. Last user made it look like it was used off road. Cooling vent on driver's side missing, fan speed control faulty and wobbly in dash connection. Left 12v receptacle has no power, did not check fuse to see if was blown as I was able to use the alternate 12v connector. Chip in windshield noticed after I cleaned windshield. On another point, what is the deal with the old ford diesel box truck still looks abandoned at the building west of the rental lot. It has been there as long as I have lived in Porterville.
ALBERT SI made a reservation online and was quoted one price but when I got to the location the price was way more than what I was told online. I only used the dolly for less than an hour to move my car two blocks and ended up paying almost $100.
