First, to be clear, the person helping me was great. No complaints there. But I was told the gas tank was on empty so I would have to get gas first, and that I should bring it back empty and to only purchase the amount I needed because the gas was being siphoned out between rentals. This is completely unacceptable. While there is a gas station very close to the facility, it is not the least expensive option, and operating a truck with the gas light on and then trying to guess how much gas to buy causes unnecessary anxiety. If this facility cannot provide basic security (such as parking the trucks inside their gated area), perhaps they shouldn’t be offering U-Haul rentals. If people are siphoning gas, how do I know that there hasn’t been other mechanical damage done to the vehicle? Despite the extremely convenient location, I won’t be back.

Customer service was outstanding!
Jim OHorrible location. Next to the rental trucks there was a camper van from which drug deals were done while we were there. The truck we were assigned had a hole in the fuel tank through which fuel was stolen the night before (which we did not realized until after getting fuel and loading the truck). We had to return with a loaded truck since the $30 of fuel leaked out in 1.5 hours, we had to unloaded the leaky truck into another one next to the drug dealer van. We will never rent from this location again. Stay away.
Jacob vThe check in process was rough because the main person wasn’t there so the man checking me in seemed nervous and kept saying that he was ‘a sub’. When I received my final receipt, it was double the price that I was quoted. I had 2 charges for $50 regarding fuel, when I filled it above the line that I originally received it at. I wouldn’t do business with them again.
