We were told we could drop off the truck at a different location but when we did I got a call the next day saying I couldn't do that and that they will be watching the cameras to make sure I wasn't lying when I told them we had permission to drop off the truck at a different location. They also tried to charge a $20 after hour fee because the uhaul location closed before we could get there. We had the truck for up to 24 hours and were returning it early.
ALEXANDER JOver charged by $100 left a voicemail, they never returned. Called several times, no return. WILL NOT RECOMMEND they scammed me.
