The side mirror was cracked, the employee at the location didn’t do a vehicle walk around, didn’t explain I had a 30 mile limit and the furniture dolly, hand dolly and furniture pads I paid extra for were not included. I was not able to get these refunded either.

michael fThe “new” drop off process is absurd and infuriating. Generally speaking folks who rent your trucks are busting their asses all day to load, unload heavy items and they are dog tired after the day ends. Having to take a slew of photos for you clowns is not an enjoyable process. Fuck off. I will no longer be using your services
