This location is a great example of why U-Haul loses business to competitors who offer less. I dropped off at 8:00 and my email receipt showed 10:00 so I was charged $70 for an extra day. So many smaller U-Haul affiliates are just scammers. It’s such a disappointment to have to deal with that as a customer. The lot I chose to return the truck to was closer to home and large, but I was advised to return the truck to these scammers because the larger lot was full. I should have insisted on another, larger location but I was tired after moving. I resent being taken advantage of and I advise not doing business with these folks if at all possible!

RICHARD BThe process to get checked in was horrible. It took me about 30 minutes from start to finish. It was ridiculous and I will never do this again. The process was so complicated and required far too many steps. Why would you possibly need my employers contact info and then need to call them to verify my identity? This process needs to be simplified significantly.
Mariah GI was disappointed that the truck did not come with a loading ramp.
