When I got the truck the mileage was incorrect. I put the correct mileage and took a picture. I was still charged for the additional miles. When I got the truck it had a love on the back door. I didn’t know it was there. They didn’t give me a key to unlock the door so I had to make an extra trip back to get the door unlocked. The total mileage I was charged was about 8 miles more than it should have been. I realize the amount isn’t huge but I don’t think I should have to pay for their mistakes.

RANDAL HThe window couldn’t roll down. I returned and told them; they had the missing piece of the handle to roll the window. I refilled the tank per the print out and they still charged me for 2 gallons at a high cost. The pic they sent was from an extreme angle to show the needle short of the head on photo I sent them. Maybe it was close, but it wasn’t 2 GALLONS for an 18 mile trip with just a mattress.
