This was an easy and efficient experience. The lady working at the gas station was extremely kind and nice! Also, I got a call from Uhaul a few minutes before I picked up which provided me with additional, helpful guidance. Great experience!

A safe move fee of $15 was added to my bill despite declining all coverage at booking. Shady business practice and I expect more from a major company.
Paul CLocation was fine, it is uhaul that is crooked. Billing me for fuel that I clearly replaced. I won't recommend Uhaul and avoid using.

Randall BService was friendly and efficient. I really appreciated the check out process-- the clerk was kind and knowledgeable. However, by my calculations I only drove 9 miles, but I was charged for 12. The clerk told me I didn't need to stick around for the return check in. I also failed to do an inspection prior to driving away, and discovered the van was filthy when I arrived to load my things into the van. I had to clean it before I put my stuff inside. I will not rent from them in the future, and will go to a different location.
