They switched my truck at the last minute requiring me to drive and pay for a much bigger truck that was so rough riding it made my back hurt. The truck smelled like smoke, had trash in the back, and the check engine light was on. I called customer service and they told me there was nothing I could do except return the truck. No discount for fuel. No help with check engine light, nothing. Terrible terrible terrible customer service.

ROBERT SConvenient location in a rural area! Nice not to have to travel into a city 40 miles away. Online check in/out fairly easy. Uhaul Customer Service was very helpful as was the clerks at the gas station. They should get paid by Uhaul for basic guidance in what can be a stessful day!
