Repair your truck sensors before renting them out. I hated driving on eggshells during my rental. Also, let the renter know if the truck has a "wheel lock" before sending them on their way. I panicked when trying to get the truck started. Lastly, this location needs to answer their phones! I tried to call and it was constantly moved to the call center which frustrated me to no end.

Don't go to the uhaul store in Greenbrier! I went to the one on Airline because I was treated horribly at Greenbrier. I was questioned as if I stole a dolly when there are cameras all over to see that I never went to the back of the truck. I hate the way I was treated at the Greenbrier store and I'll never go there again. I didn't receive a survey for that store that is why I'm explaining my horrible experience here; however, the store on Airline Blvd. was great and they had great customer service.

There was a cigarette on in the cupholder, porn dvd behind the seat that my son found, and a bra strap in the back of the truck. The truck was just under 1/4 tank of gas. I reserved a total of 3 trucks and was told every time that I couldn't have the rental once I showed up for it.

I rented a truck, I used to to move a couch and a few boxes. I noticed when I opened the back roll up door that there was an unsecured dolly in the back. I never used this dolly, didn’t even touch it. When I went to return the truck the man inspecting the truck charged me $6.55 because the dolly seal was broken. I informed him I did not use it it and he commented that I should have told someone when I noticed it. I went to the manager and she said i would not be charged. I noticed the next day that I was charged an extra $6.55 so I went back there and she had an employee credit me the $6.55. It ha been been 3 business days and still no credit for the additional charge. I feel that if they couldn’t get right the first two times it is not gonna happen. No one was rude to me, I just feel like no one cares enough to get it right.

Did not get the vehicle I requested. The assistant manager offered poor customer service. She seemed unbothered and not very eager to keep my business when I was clearly frustrated. I later, asked another associate fir the price of an item. He never even looked from his phone while answering my question. I have rented at this location before & this was by far the worst customer service ever.

The uhaul was covered in trash and debris. It was clearly not cleaned by previous user or Uhaul employee. On a busy moving day, I was not prepared to have to clean this as well. The employee was not friendly and seriously lacked in customer service.

I was renting a truck with a dent in the rim, when bought it to my location and began to load the truck we notice the air pressure in the tire was low I brought it back and ask the young lady at the desk check it out for me. As she was coming to check it out one of the man that works there came out and before she could say any thing the man started yelling at me that I hit a curb and dent the rib and need to pay for it. I tried to explain that it was already there, but he was yelling so loud another male worker came out of his office to outside where the truck was to help the situation, he said he would check the paperwork. He came back to let me know that a damage report was file previously for it. The the worker that was yelling at me did not apologize, just went inside. If I had a worker who did that I would fired them on the spot.

The lady did not explain anything to me. It was my first time ever renting and she didn’t tell me how to operate the truck or that I’d have to return it via online after the location closed. So in the rain I’m out there taking pictures. Also there was only 1/8 of a tank of gas. Why would you not have your trucks filled up? It irritated me that before I could even get on the road I had to find a gas station. And this is after I went to another location much closer to my hone where the guy helped the gentleman in front of me but then when it was my turn told me the system was down. So off I go across town. The truck itself was fine but the experience was not so good.
