Movers were late, unprofessional, rude and banged my sofa and dining room table on ceilings and walls. When I called U-Haul they forwarded my call to a "MovingHelp" customer service line. Their solution was to tell me I could send the movers away, negotiate with them for price vs. "services already performed" and then try to call someone else to get them to show up. So rather than fight with one company while waiting potentially hours for another company to show up, I got what I could from them and had them load simple boxes. I also don't appreciate booking a service through U-Haul and having them automatically (and without my permission) create an account and login with my personal email address to another site (moving help.com) so be on the lookout for that if you actually add movers to your equipment rental.

Greeting the customers upon arrival or at least return a greeting when the customer speaks to you. Brief the customer on the guidelines for drop off of equipment during work hours, i.e. the location where you want the equipment to be placed and any inspection information. I was not satisfied with this establishment!

Was charged for two days and only used trailer for one day i called to see why and person could not help me and said we will get back to I as soon as possible I said by close he said he could not say yes cause he did not know wich does not help me not happy at all then hung up on me as I was saying have a great holiday

If a vehicle is not available for a one way reservation, do not present that as an option on the website whre you make reservations. I arrived believing I was able to reserve a cargo van an pick it up in one location and drop it off in another. It was later explained that pickup trucks and cargo vans are not available for one way trips. That was not stated when I reserved the vehicle and was incredibly disappointing and inconvenient. The associate who let us know this information was very cold and rude when informing us of this condition. I will not be recommending others.

Needed a hitch to move light towers around and I reserved a day ahead and truck was ready when I got there. I called instead of reserving online because I needed to be sure to have a tow hitch.

Customer service could have been better. Some of the staff wasn't personable. Really short when asked a question. This would be the only reason I wouldn't come back. Everything else was great.

I asked them to take out the dolly and furniture blankets because I rented an appliance dolly and did not need the regular dolly or blankets and they were in the way (taking up truck space). They refused. So, I had to work around them. I really really really did not like that!!!!!

Just want to say my experience was much better than my past (way past 20 years ago) experiences. Equipment was ready, clean, fueled. Customer reps were knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. The trucks have been reengineered with flexible tie offs, holders for carts, hand holds for entering and exiting. Good job. One more suggestion, make larger carts available for rent so you can load multiple boxes on a 4 wheeled cart for long carries from curb to residence??

Trailer was REAL old, I was worried that it would not make it to NH. Every time I opened the door, I had to wash my hands because it was covered in grease. Got your moneys worth out of this trailer, it;s time to retire it.

The staff at airline were extremely efficient. When I had queries, they addressed them and when we changed our plans, they were very helpful. What a change to find a company that does what it says and is efficient. Congratulations to you all.

The process was very easy. I picked up after store hours and had zero issues. The process did take a couple of steps however it was a few pictures and done.

They did not have the trailer reserved changed reservation to largest auto trailer and said that they would credit 10.00 for not having what we reserved. Returned trailer with young guy on same day 3 hours later did not check in until Monday and charged additional 11.00 to my account. Not happy Fraudulant fees being applied. Turned back in on 11/18/17 at approx 1:30 pm.
