This was the WORST U-haul experience I've ever had. The location was a horribly dirty old gas station that did not even have all of the equipment I ordered AFTER being redirected to this location when my location of choice did not have the size of truck I needed. The staff member of the location was very inattentive, helping other customers while we were trying to finalize our pickup (while having issues because of the lack of correct equipment and no method of printing a receipt - something necessary as I have to submit my receipts for an expense report for work). Absolutely horrible.

The website or App needs to locate a drop off closer to the end location it cost me another 10 miles. There was a drop off site 1.93 mile away, and the customer rep was unable to make the change, very disappointed. We are going to be in the market to move my kids back to NJ but I will look alot closer to other truck companies in the future!

The man had no idea what he was doing and was completely confused the whole time. He then told me what I owed and I paid and left after being there way too long. Upon receiving the receipt in my email, I realized I had been grossly overcharged, as I was charged for 2 extra days for a truck and tow dolly which was inaccurate. When I called U haul to rectify the issue, I was on hold for 30 minutes without speaking with anyone.

The customer service aspect when I was returning the truck and dolly was unacceptable. I could not get a straight answer for the extra charges that I had and he would not explain them to me. Also, when I was trying to talk to him about the truck rental he would leave every few minutes to take care of other customers.

Filled out information on line. Had to redo once I arrived. The gentleman waiting on me was also running the cash register at the store. Then someone had to assit him with the reservation. Had to enter my information twice. It took way too long. I was disappointed. Never had that experience with Uhaul. That was the worst.

I was rented a tow dollie with a tire with the Belts showing very un safe im just thank full to God it Didnt blow out with my car on it so ,im very disapointed And i Say Dam lucky!!!
