Betsy MActually call the customer or Uhaul location if they are late picking up before canceling the order. They might have had an unforseen delay or contacted the Uhaul location directly to notify them of the delay. Ross Point was great on getting my reservation reactivated, rather than having to create a new reservation from scratch.
