Next time when you have a key pick please also include the gate code, this wasn’t included and it was very frustrating that no one answers the phone and needed to call U-Haul customer service in order to get the code.
Paul WEric went above and beyond to make sure I got the price I was reserved for and sent 2 hours on the phone to make sure it happened. The only thing I would make an improvement on is the communication and pricing guarantee of the reservation on u-hauls end of things. This issues was of no fault of Eric or the pick up location.
