two of the main things I noticed with this u haul experience and previous ones , the place you originally book your order with keeps changing and then you wind up with a larger truck than you need. also this truck as I mentioned to the lady that check me in and out this truck needed wiper blades replaced esp on driver side smears a lot and maybe it just m e but seemed I had to apply a lot of pressure on brakes to stop the truck. Maybe just me not being used to a truck but that bounced around like crazy on the road. Especially as bad as 422 is allover it is shock absorber hell and hell on tires .. other wise it was good despite the snow .

I am completely over the moon about this uhaul. They were extremely kind and understanding. I lost the key and was searching a whole day for it. I called them and said no worries. I spent the last 6 months getting or home ready to sell, selling it, packing it and getting ready to move. As many reading this know, this is one of the most stressful times in your life. I reserved my 26foot uhaul for 7am Saturday morning on the Monday prior. We receive confirmation emails and texts. When we arrived to check in on the app and drive away, it informed us that no truck had been assigned to our reservation. It gave us a number to call which we did. The regional person we spoke with was nice, but could not help us. Could not reach the owners of the local uhaul. We had people meeting us to help us pack the uhaul minutes later and people scheduled to help us unpack hours away. My wife left to meet or helpers and tell them we would be delayed, who knows how long. I waited in the 35 degree cold without a winter jacket for 1.5 hours until 8:30. At this time someone finally arrived, but they were not the person who could "check out uhaul" I continued to wait. Around 8:45, a "Brielle" from the "traffic" department of the regional uhaul called. She was extremely rude. She talked over me. She told me it wasn't her fault. She talked over me some more. She was sarcastic and terrible at her customer service job. For a company that helps people move, she had no understanding of the stress of that situation. She refused to give me any more than her first offer $50 off. $50 for making me wait in the cold for 2 hours, delaying our move, delaying our helpers, multiplying our stress on this day. She would not transfer me to her supervisor either. She transferred me to a number that rang and then went dead.

There was no one there to process my key dropoff! I'm leaving very upset and disgruntled due to a late fee charge put on my account despite my efforts to return the truck and key on time. NOT OKAY!!!

I dropped off at night and after hours. It could have been lit up a bit more. The lot was dark and I would not send my daughters there after hours. Other than that, I feel the lot was big enough and the key drop off was on the building. Possibly post signs letting customers know where the front door is.. Thanks

The countet person lied about the gas sheowing a so called pic of where the gas should be. .. Gas was a little over a quarter od tank an had. Me to fill way above...she lied about the time to bring back tpld me I was late. But than to start I was told in the mornining tn thars nothinñ. To rent out.. So the guy lied to me.. I wouln never rent or recommend to any body!!

24hr drop off used. Can't review off of personnel services. I was charged .83 cents for going 1.8 miles over allotted miles. Seriously? You charged me even after I was sent to a different pick up location 8 miles further than my selected location that the mileage was based off of. Poor practice. You also cost your selves more money to charge my credit card than the .83 charged. This has been my third uhaul rental in three months all of which had issues with pickups. I will be pricing competition in the future.

UHAUL changed where I was to pick up my rental added many miles to my commute. I had left a message for someone to contact me and have not received a call back. I am disappointed in UHAUL, NOT Fly Elite as they were excellent!

I received a dirty truck with broken mirror. There was trash in passanger side door, passanger side mirror was not even there. The person who gave me the keys didn't even walk out to truck with me for a look over. I had to go back inside to ask questions and let them know mirror was missing.

My only issue. I drove 8 Miles and needed to put in two and a half gallons of gas. I do believe that would be worthy of a refund of gas mileage. Obviously the tank was not full when I received the van.
