Total confusion! Things added to the truck that I DID NOT ask for. It was just about an hour later getting the vehicle than what we were suppose to get it. System was down, chaotic trying to just get the keys it was terrible.

Passenger side lights didn't work when I hooked up after loading. Options from roadside assistance was 1) wait till next day to have mechanic come out to fix. 2) take unit with lights not working and use hand signals. Consider options 2 a stupid option because of safety issues for me, my vehicle, all the other vehicles on the road. I choose option 1. My intention was to leave at 5 am as I had 9 hour drive. Repair shop didn't open till 8 am. Repair shop was great, arrived at 9 am and I was on the road by 10 am. Spoken to two U-Haul representatives who said they would extend my rental because of wiring delay. When I dropped unit off extension was not but in computer and I had to wait while staff delete extra day. This was probably one of the my best experiences with U-Haul. Better than waiting 4 hour for flat tire repair, travelling over an hour to pickup unit because the unit I booked was not at location I booked at. Will I use U-Haul again, yes only company that offers one way moving at the rates.

ryan pCustomer service was great and good quick communication. Only complaint was the latch for the ball on the trailer was really stuck. Had to pry on it pretty hard to release my ball hitch.
