I was not moving anything i just need the transportation to pick-up a truck that's why I told them it was just needed for one way and I was told since that was the case i would get a discount.

RUBEN MLocation is advertised open 7 days/week. Trailer was due back Monday. I dropped the trailer off on Saturday morning but location didn't log the trailer in until Monday afternoon and charged my credit card a $30 dollar late fee. I called Uhaul regional office twice. Still waiting for call back.
