Horrible customer service experience the lady at the desk charge the wrong card even while I explicitly said not to, and then refuse to correct it after the fact. I’ll never be renting from this location again and I tell everybody I know not to do business there.

I returned my rental on time, but this location didn’t process the return until two days later. As a result, I was incorrectly charged for the extra days. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and it shouldn’t have happened. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
