Nothing! Rasheeda was phenomenal. Everything was handled virtually, and was a last-minute transfer of locations via U-Haul. Although inconvenient for me, Rasheeda was very receptive and friendly when I arrived and made everything better.

Truck was worn out beyond it’s mileage and dirty all over windshield had to be cleaned just to drive truck but no washer fluid in reservoir to do so full of dents fuel smell in cab of truck window on drivers side only rolled down less than half way before getting stuck and almost impossible to roll back up. Possibly the worst truck I’ve ever rented from U-Haul.

Mildred RWaited for one hr to pick up vehicle, even though I had a 4 o clock appointment, customer service couldn’t locate the agent, and couldn’t assist me with doing a pickup through the app. On return the what the audacity to charge me an additional ninety four cents for an extra mile, after my wife lost over hr work waiting to make sure I did get a vehicle. Very frustrating and unprofessional Would not recommend
