The lady who I believe is the Manager, was very nice and easy to work with. She told me what I needed to do when returning and it was very fast and easy. This location had a selection of UHaul trailers that most of the other UHaul locations nearby did not have. Easy access also. Would use them again when I need to rent a trailer. The only issue was the safety chain connectors on the trailer were too large to fit into the hitch on my truck so had to improvise a way to connect safety chains to my hitch. The lights on the trailer all worked too.

MARY HThis was not the location that I reserved on line. But they communicated to me a day before that I needed to pick it up from them instead of where I reserved on line? Confusing but did as instructed. I had to change my plans around to make it work.
