WILLIAM TI had booked the moving help with a specific address. I received a text from the moving help contractor (Tragicc) demanding another $176 to perform the work, which I declined. Very unprofessional; UHaul should discipline that contractor or sever ties.
DAVID Swe ordered a U-Haul dolly and the location didn't have a U-Haul dolly so the person that rented us a truck gave us a shit one that he had on hand. it was too small and we really couldn't use it. very disappointing since we were really counting on a quality U-Haul dolly since we didn't have any support on our move. being 2 women we were counting on the dolly to make the move a bit more manageable. Truck was dirt and the ramp was covered in mud and leaves and trash. not satisfied with the U-Haul experience this time.
