I would have possibly given a better rating for this location if we had had a chance to go inside. I was told on this survey to pick clean and inviting, but we will never know. I made sure we would get there before they closed, and confirmed the closing time with the website. But when we arrived the employee was locking up. He said they were closing early I guess because the next day was Thanksgiving. I had planned to take the trailer back on Weds the 26th because the next day was Thanksgiving and we could not bring it back on the 28th due to a previous commitment. The employee to receive the trailer, but he did not give us a receipt. He did confirm that was would get money back, but we didn't get written conformation. He told us our money would be put on our bank account. I have a hard time understanding the unprofessional work by both places. How do you close early and not give a receipt. Oh and there was another customer dropping off a truck when we were leaving. Crazy. We will not be using either locations again.
