David the agent couldn't do enough for us - He stayed in contact with us daily to inform us of what the status of our trailer rental was and called us when the trailer arrived at his location. He is very professional and knowledgeable of U- Hauls policies and I would highly recommend a relative or friend to his location. I see no room for improvement at his location - I gave him 5 stars because he damn well and for sure deserves it !!!
