I was displeased that the location we chose was not a trailer drop off place and I had to then drive in different direction to go to this place. So I was slightly over my time line and we were charged for more time even though I was at the first place in time. When I asked if there was any paperwork, the guy said no. Based on my previous experience I chose to take pics of the trailer dropped off just in case. So my overall experience was not what I would consider normal.
