The staff member at pick up was very friendly. The location however was dangerous and caused me physical harm U-Haul Reference #5341859
Rohan SThe location is great however, customer service for the evening shift was horrible. The gentleman there was rude, elevated his voice, and was NOT pleasant at all. Upon my return. there wasn't any parking where I received the truck due to an event so I parked it on the parking lot and handed the gentleman receiving the return truck the key. He ask me to move the Uhal and park on the other side with an attitude. I told him that wasn’t my job; my job was to return the truck as I received it and that’s what I did. He got an attitude in which another gentleman intervene and I asked was he his supervisor he stated yes, and that he would have a conversation with the employee once again I didn’t get his name, but he was very rude. Thank you.
