The Uhaul is in need of repair. It sounds like perhaps a transmission issue. When applying the brakes all kinds of noise can be heard. location is good but equipment needs help.

The windshield wipers didn’t work. The check in process is lacking due to being unable to extend past two days without having to call Uhaul to do so. When I called roadside to get help they said they would send a tech to the hotel. Once PJs auto called they asked me to drive to their shop which was inconvenient as I didn’t have a ride back to the hotel. After waiting they finally found a tech to come out and fix the wiper.
CURTIS HI checked several locations but none had moving blankets hand trucks or moving Dollie’s.
ROBERT WJoy was easy to work with, answered all our questions, and took extra steps to make sure we had a good experience!
