The van was great and staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is a little -- well, it operates mostly as a repair shop, so it was kind of dirty and 'garage-y.' Plus, there was no place on site to leave our vehicle while we were renting the van. (The piles of snow from this week's blizzard did not help.) But even given that, the experience was excellent.
