HOMIRA FThere seems to be a problem with the U-haul manager and the landowner. U-haul manager allowed us to park the car in the location rental truck was parked. However, 15 mins after leaving the place, landowner called us and asked us to remove the car immediately. Came back 10 miles to remove the car and park it at home and went to destination. As a result, i was late by 15 mins to my appointment. It was not critical but very embarrassing. In short, it is more of ego problem between u-haul manager and property owner. Sree

MARK UAJ and the U-Haul site manager were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. Check out and mobile van-return process was extremely efficient. Would highly recommend this location.
BENJAMIN MMy problem with the drop off is with the u-haul system, not necessarily the location, but how else to register my complaint? I chose this location very purposefully, even paying extra money to use this location as opposed to another. At the last minute the location decided they were full, so u-haul changed my drop off location to one that would have required significantly more driving and a very expensive ride share to get home. Apparently requested pick up and drop off locations are not guaranteed even with an extra fee! That is practically fraud and unacceptable.

Freddy MCordero's in Princeton Junction is the best in the area when it comes to u-haul rentals. Our business uses the occasional van and truck, and the team at Cordero's knows what they are doing. They even took steps to improve connectivity in their lot to make mobile pickups easier.

Sekar PThe van was great and staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is a little -- well, it operates mostly as a repair shop, so it was kind of dirty and 'garage-y.' Plus, there was no place on site to leave our vehicle while we were renting the van. (The piles of snow from this week's blizzard did not help.) But even given that, the experience was excellent.

While I was waiting for my U-Haul the attendant while working on me was on the phone with another customer when he got off the phone I tried to ask a question he then told me he do not mean to be rude but he have other customer waiting
