The associate who help us was friendly, the process was quick. The only thing was that I had reserved 2 dollies but they were not available, didn’t need them at the end. I had seen on a video someone suggesting taking a larger size truck and confirming with the selected location truck availability... suggestions were spot on...overall a great experience!!!

I rented a van (not a box truck) and there were several different types available at the location, but you could not specify which type you wanted online. It would be good to be able to pick the specific model you want.

I got the trailer 5 minutes after ordering it (yay) and everything was in order. The manager made sure the trailer was connected properly, helped me test the lights, and had me on my way in minutes. All was excellent.

U-Haul has terrible customer service over the phone. They changed the duration on my reservation without letting me know and could not help solve issue. The rental was pointless and a complete waste of money. Never renting a U-Haul again.

U changed locations on me to a place that was not open. Then when I tried to do ur stupid 24/7, ur reps felt that the picture didn't look like me so they cancelled my truck until I called customer service. I only had to wait 20 mins to talk to someone. You, as a company, are a complete and utter shitshow. You should be ashamed of yourself

After returning truck to East Providence without incident or additional charges, I received a phone call from my credit union indicating someone at a UHaul office in Louisiana tried to submit a $2,100+ charge against my credit card (which was declined by my credit union.) Nothing was owed, so why did this happen? You might want to address your billing access/procedures. Meanwhile I will not be using UHAUL again.

I think the pick up location was actually probably fine, but U-Haul site was messed up that morning and I was asked to pay more than twice the amount I was supposed to. The whole problem caused me to be behind which also meant missing scheduled time with movers that I paid. In the end, I only had to pay the correct amount, but I had to be very insistent about what I was supposed to be charged before it was corrected.

This location was fine, and the owner was honestly really great. But uhaul decided to shunt me to another location farther away and with as different sized truck which affected my moving schedule. When I got there the truck wasn't even there yet. The delay caused me to miss my window for accessing my storage unit and forced me to keep the truck an extra day and take another day off of work. Again this review is for uhaul itself and the truck acquisition process, not Cordero but I can't find anywhere else to lodge this complaint. Now I know that I can't depend on uhaul.

This place is not well run. When I arrived to pick up my truck, there was no one on line ahead of me, and it still took almost 45 minutes to get out of there. The woman at the desk was the owner's daughter and she was not properly trained. She kept having to call her father over from the repair garage for help. Also, they have an old, slow computer that clearly needs to be replaced. When it came to print out my contract, she couldn't get the printer to work. It took at least 15 minutes for them to figure out what the problem was. I was under tremendous time pressure preparing for a long distance move. Having to stand around there for that long was a huge inconvenience. On top of everything, the place was filthy, and people were smoking cigarettes. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience. The only redeeming factor was that the owner, Mark, was a nice guy, and that's the reason I'm giving a second star.
