The location was great and the people at Cordero's very helpful. What was extremely frustrating was that I could not finish the online pick up due to not having a US Issued Photo ID. I think it would be extremely helpful if that requirement was made explicit earlier, as to not lose time (we spent nearly 40 minutes trying that before being told it was not possible).

Equipment we ordered was not available; we were promised credits for equipment and mileage and instead uhaul way overcharged us. Still waiting for uhaul to get back to me to make it right. Awful experience.

The dolly that I rented to move furniture was not provided. There was no clear signage to give instructions to customers. Everyone who was there was confused as to how to proceed and ended up being on the phone with customer service.

The workers were very friendly and took the time to answer and questions we had. They made sure everything was hooked up before i left and unhooked the trailer when i got back. Everything was easy and fast. They even asked if everything went ok of if i had any problems along the way. I would definitely use this location again.

The location was great, but the process for checking in to receive the truck was much less smooth than anticipated. I was not aware of the requirements to pick up the vehicle beforehand and the website was unclear as to which items are required, ex. passport and company contact information. I am thankful someone was with me to pick up the vehicle - I would otherwise have been waiting much longer than I did to receive the go-ahead to complete the pickup process. The website was unclear of what to fully expect on pickup day and should be improved.

I was very dissatisfied with the way u-haul do things. I had a reservation for 11am on 3/23/20. Upon arrival, was told that I had no reservation. I was at the location for over an hour just to pick up the truck. One of your employee was giving us the run around which was very annoying. So I was not pleased with U-Haul.

The van had a flat tire filled up by the attendant. When I asked if this will cause a problem, he said 'No, but if it happens please call uHaul'.. The tire pressure kept going low, but we didn't have heavy load so it was fine. I did carry a pump just in case we break down.. I think uHaul should take care of such issues in advance.

Left truck with more gas than needed. Left all blankets in truck that were given to me in Blue ridge during pickup. Was told they would charge me for folding so I folded all I used. He did not inspect truck and I trusted him. Now I am being charged for 2 blankets. Not happy. I will not rent from uhaul again!
