Rude my vehicle was cancelled and no one called me about it I waited a whole hour to get another vehicle. While I was waiting for my U-Haul the attendant while working on me was on the phone with another customer when he got off the phone I tried to ask a question he then told me he do not mean to be rude but he have other customer waiting
