ONYEKACHI LThe gas was below 3/16 with a warning light to fill tank. The vehicle wasnt swept in the back either. When I went in to tell them about these things along with the link that kept circling I was told there are internet issues in that area of London.
MICHELLE AWindshield washer fluid did not work. Tires were bald. Location for pickup was changed twice. Pickup took a very long time.
ADRIENNE JI recently rented a vehicle from U-Haul, and the experience was disappointing. The car was completely covered in snow and not prepared for driving at all. I had to clean off all the snow myself before I could even start my trip. I expected the vehicle to be ready and safe to use, but that was not the case.
