Equipment was clean mileage was way off and gas was lower than on contract. Rep could not change info on contract he waited for a manager to call him back I had to leave the office I was on a time line. I called CSR at uhaul who would not change info and was HUNG UP On (very unprofessional)..

I have been charged a "toll fee" and an "administration fee". I phoned Uhaul and waited for over 45 minutes, but Uhaul did not take my call. I have emailed Uhaul and still not received a response back. We will be moving again in 1 year and we have quotes from other companies as this simple arrangement with Uhaul had turned into a headache

When my husband pulled the ramp down it completely fell out. Called for assistance and was told to call road side assistance, i asked if they could call and the young mam was pleasant and called. Road side assistance called me with a 90min eta so my husband got his tools out and repaired the ramp himself. The next day i was charged for a 2 day rental due to the late return which i was told i would not be charged a late fee due to the 2hrs i lost because of faulty equipment! Called the MANAGER and asked to be refunded he very rudely said NO and told me that there were no notes in the system so PROVE it. Thankfully i took pictures of the broken ramp and a video of my husband repairing it.

Booked truck for 8:30 as movers were arriving at 9am. The keys to the truck were not in the lock box, the lock box was not locked. Had to wait until the location opened at 9am to get key-meanwhile paying the movers hourly for their time.

Very disappointed with UHauls' policy of changing your pickup and or drop off location at the last minute to accommodate their needs over their customers. Pease do not write to me to tell me you try or you tried with no actual PROOF that you did so!!! I will be reaching out separately to talk to someone about a full refund as this was a miserable experience!!!!

The interior of the van was horrible. It smelled like smoke inside near the drivers seat and passenger. In the loading part was covered in dirt. We had to re-clean all of our belongings before bringing them to our new apartment. It was very disappointing. Usually a good experience with UHAUL however this was disappointing.

Our 20 foot rental truck had a broken passenger side mirror that made it very difficult to see on the passenger side. The man who helped us was extremely helpful and When we rented the truck we filled out a report saying whether we agreed or disagreed with pictures showing the condition we received the truck in. This was presumably done so that when we dropped the truck off at a different location they’d know whether we had caused any damage. However the location we dropped the truck at was not aware of the online forms we completed or pictures sent in with them reflecting this, and spent a while trying to figure out if we caused the damage. They filed a report that we did but didn’t charge us for anything so no harm. Would make sense though for these forms to be shared with the uhaul location receiving the truck, even if they are separately owned. This seems more like a uhaul company issue than the locations issue though. Would still use this location again but would ensure better documentation of trucks condition.
