I set everything up online and it was easy to do so but they don't give you all the information you need and then you get there and it's a s*** show. You literally start moving your stuff out of the U-Haul and then they tell you no. You're on the second floor in a building a block away They don't tell you all the steps to get going 5 minutes into moving in there. I was stressed beyond belief The place is a dump. It's dirty. There's huge openings at the top of the units. If some skinny person wanted to climb up there and climb into your unit, it's extremely possible. I'm going to be looking for a better storage option. I cannot stay there not only that, I was told online that I had a free month of storage but was still charged at move in The units are small smaller than they say they are and I had to get rid of a bunch of my stuff because the unit wasn't big enough

MUYIDEEN I | Overall ExperienceI did not get the young gentleman's name this past Saturday the 16th who helped us out. He had a hat on, glasses. I will say he was exceptionally helpful to us, getting us in our unit by coming out and showing us how the security system worked then getting the lift to work. In this day and age where customer service can be blah and almost non existent, it was very refreshing to have someone who seemed genuinely interested in making sure we were taken care of. I wish I got his name but I will this, whoever he is, keep him around and have others model his customer service attitude. It was a very positive experience after a long day of packing up my daughter's stuff from college to have someone who cared about what we were doing.
