I received a call the day before identifying pick up location they asked for return call. No one was available. E-mail said location was open at 7AM, no one answered. I walked to the location and was there at 7:40. Again no one was there. 8 AM no one was there. 8:15 I called the 800 number they said I would get a call from Derrick, area mgr. He never called. Worker showed up at 8:30, no apologies only system was down. He did get me a truck 30 minutes late. I turned truck in at Hyannis and was told to just leave all was Ok. Then I got an e-mail asking that I take pictures.
