I reserved a truck and the it wasn't there. I honestly don't know if I'll ever use uhaul again because of that. But it wasn't the locations fault. It was your stupid reservation system.

Not enough employees manning the counter and the mobile pick up site is ridiculous and slow and it would be easier and faster to just go inside and let the employee handle it, since you have to go inside to get a key from them anyway, and then you'll have to wait in that line then. Can't avoid the line, so why bother with mobile?

Wasn't the office's fault necessarily, but the van we reserved wasn't there yet because the previous customer hadn't returned yet. They did offer to let us take a bigger truck for the same price if they didn't come back in a reasonable amount of time.

Your employee didn't put the correct Miles down or the fuel. He didn't take me to inspect the truck for damage or anything. There were empty bottles and wrappers under the seats. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend you to my worst enemy. I was over charged for things I shouldn't have been. If I wasn't in a tight spot, I would have just returned the truck. Total waste of my time, money, and I will never use this location ever again. I will place everything on my back and move before I use this place ever again

No one warned me that if I returned it 1 minute after the pick up time that I set that I would be charged for an entire extra day. If that had been made aware to me at any point of this process, I would’ve pushed the drop-off time to the last possible minute. Not to mention I had it for less than 8 hours. Instead I was 24 minutes late for the drop off time and was charged DOUBLE??? Not to mention it took me 45 minutes to get the trailer from the time I arrived because the customer service was slow and terrible. Everyone just kept saying it’s been “one of those mornings,” as if that’s an excuse for one doing your job half way. The trailer was great and got the job done. I will just never rent from this specific Uhaul location ever again. Oh and if you ever see this, I wouldn’t mind a refund for the $40 extra dollars you charged me for 24 freaking minutes. Really disappointing after a long exhausting day of moving to end your day to something like this. Sorry for the negative feeedback... I guess it’s just been “one of those days.”

Both employees that checked out the vehicle and the one checking back in needs to have the same contract as the customer. I was charge extra because the employee who checked me in said that the vehicle was suppose to be full when my contract said it was 3/4 full. But it was too late because the vehicle was sent out to another customer.

Overall experience was delightful. Since this is a feedback column and not for a general review I will mention a couple things to consider for improvement: 1- With the limited store front parking space it would be helpful to have more signage visable as to where to park upon arriving and where to park or leave items upon returning. 2- I would have both front entrances marked clearly for entry and exit with standard heigth road signs. The location sits on an odd plot of land causing that area to seem congested. 3- Have a subcontractor line stripe the parking lot with designated traffic routes with high visibility striping paint. Also, have certain areas in front clearly marked for trailer return. If possible make it so a full-sized 3500 type of truck can pull through, drop off, check in, and pull out without the need to back up in such a small space. It wasn’t difficult for me to back in, but it would make the process much easier and faster for everyone, especially those with little towing experience. It will lessen the chance of accidents for both parties. 4- I was not aware of the variety of items for rent at this U-haul location until after hours and I could the many other options lined up along the fence and out of sight behind the front building. If I had known the many other options I would have rented other things sooner. Hope some of this helps. Just some honest feedback and ideas to improve sales and productivity. I was impressed with this operation I got in and out quickly. I was particularly touched by one of your employees. As I was helped by one of your associates another one of your associated looked what I was getting and got the trailer ready for me as the first associate got my information. Another customer came to the counter the second associate who had got my order ready then approach the new customer and explained that he was only able to communicate by reading lips. He then took that customers order in a very professional way. This associate was there to greet me that afternoon. I was impressed.
