I spoke with a lady in scheduling who was extremely rude and refused to extend our uhaul rental, she gave me none stop attitude and told me I had no choice but to take the rental back. After getting off of the phone with her I called back and spoke with another woman who was more than willing to extend our rental for another day.

Provo office (next to 7-11) was the best!! Great customer service ??

I had no problem at all with location, it was the scheduling dept. that gave me grief when the truck I rented was not available at the promised location. In short, they were not very helpful or even courteous in handling my issue. I was not only not given a mileage credit in having to drive further to get the truck, but also had to pay more in gas because of it. Again, the location itself was easy to work with, it's the policy that a mileage difference credit isn't given when a truck isn't available when and where it was promised to be. It almost makes me think that it's done on purpose to charge more. That's all, thanks for your time.

I had reserved a trailer for the weekend, picked it up, went home and was starting to load up and noticed I had a flat tire. The tire on the other side was brand new. My concern is that I was going to travel 500 miles, so I thought, if they really did service it, did they replace the wrong tire? if they serviced it why is this tire flat, it must have a problem too. Yes I could air it up but didn't want to be stuck in the middle of no where waiting for service to come fix it. So I called and of course was sent to road assistance, so I called back a few time till I was told the store would give me a call back. Well we loaded up and headed back to the store, it was just a few minutes away. The first dude says, let me air it up? I said if it was prepped properly, that should have already been done! Can I get another trailer that's ready to go? he checked and had one that I took instead. The traveling all went well with no issues. I have no complaints other than the first trailer should have never been sent out with me, just glad I caught it before we left. Otherwise this would have been a very different review. I will say they guy's did a very good job of taking care of me, just was an inconvenience.

The man that helped me at this place was wonderful. It took a while to find it because the 1_800 number was not at their location, that I was igiven to call. The 1_800 mumber gave me the wrong name of the place and number.

When you order a dolly, it would be appreciated if the person putting it in the truck SECURES it. Moving is stressful no matter how well planned. Having the dolly slam against the truck wall scared me to death. I thought someone hit me. Please take 3 minutes to secure it upon delivery to others.

The gentlemen who took care of me very well and was very friendly and funny. Even though he mistook my mom as a guy I had a very pleasant experience.

Please avoid including options like moving pads and a dolly in the truck when a customer doesn't want them. Those kinds of items just take up space in the truck that may hamper or impede my moving efforts. Chances are, if I didn't indicate that I wanted to pay for such things when I rented the truck, I'm not going to change my mind about it. Including them in the truck regardless is just annoying to the customer.

The clerk spent a lot of time helping me troubleshoot why my car's trailer electrical connection wasn't working. He was very helpful.

It was great, thanks

Used this location before. Always helpful and professional. It is an actual U-Haul location, and not a "side business" as many locations are.

I had a really good experience. Jack Gauchay was great to work with there, I highly recommend this location!

They do such a good job at taking care of there customers that you need to schedule days in advance to get the truck you need. I didn't plan well, and wasn't able to keep the truck I needed for an extra day. That was my bad.

Paul was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I was originally emailed for a preferred pick up at Fleming Storage in Springville. This individual never returned my call to confirm reservation. I called him on Friday and then twice on Monday. When he returned my call he was an ass! He blamed corporate for sending the email confirmation and claimed it was incorrect. I will never use this location or recommend Fleming for any of their services.

No problem everything went good

I scheduled in advance. They got me on my way quickly.

Jack helped us out, explained important stuff, told us how to make the most of the uhaul, he is an asset to the company.

Customer service was a joke, was lied to and greatly inconvenienced.

I ordered to pick up the truck at Springville at noon. I received an email saying that my order was to pick up the truck in Provo at 4pm. Wasn't too happy about that.

I ordered my truck online and then checked in online so I would have minimal wait time at the shop. I have a newborn baby who eats every 90 minutes or so, so I don't have a lot of time when I'm able to get out of the house. When I got there, there was 1 customer in the store being helped by a guy. She hadn't checked in prior to arrival, so they were at the beginning of setting up her truck rental. I had a pretty finite amount of time, but I figured there wasn't much that could be done with 1 employee running the place. After about 5 minutes another employee came walking in. He saw me standing there but didn't ask if I'd been helped or anything. I assumed he just didn't have the ability to help me, so I didn't think much of it. After another 5 minutes the customer was finally done renting her truck and I sat down with the employee that had been helping her. As he started getting my rental pulled up, the other employee came walking back in. When he saw me sitting there, he said he thought I was with the lady that was being helped earlier. I said no. He apologized for not helping me with my rental. He was very nice about it, and I'm not upset at all. I was able to run my errand and be back home in time for when my baby needed to be fed. It would have been nice, however, if when he had walked by the first time if he would have asked if he could help me or if I was with the customer being helped. I know 10 minutes isn't a whole lot of time to wait, but when you have a screaming hungry baby and are waiting for the wife to get back home to feed the baby, 10 minutes can really be an eternity.
