Our checkout specialist was deaf, but he did an excellent job! I'm glad you guys hired him and I hope everyone's day is as brightened as mine when I met him.

Please don't put a dolly and furniture pads in the truck. You asked me twice if I needed them. I said no both times, but they were still there. They take up valuable space in the truck and that doesn't create any goodwill. I know it's a suggestive sale, but I already said no.

When I rented the 15’ Truck it was given to me with a quarter of a tank of gas. The gentleman told me to bring it back at the same spot as I got it. Which I thought was silly since getting it full and bringing it back full is the only real fair way. But oh well I just did it. He also told me if it was not full Ithey would charge me a little over four bucks a gallon to fill back up. Well since it was a weird place to fill the truck back up to I brought the truck back a little shy, one gallon shy. When I got in the guy told me that since I brought it back low I’d need to pay the price of gas to fill it which I was fine with for the convience but then he told me since it was under the last quarter they were going to charge me $30 as a service fee because they had to go fill it. So dishonest! Honestly that right there is how you loose customers. So I hoped back I. The truck, drove almost next door and put one gallon in and brought it back. Haha honesty that’s such bad customer service and poor poloicy.

He brakes were squeaky but they were very quick to get me the rental truck.

The trailer we picked up had a faulty blinker light that the attendant at the store failed to fix it before we left. I realized it wasn't working properly when we were backing it up to load it. After calling the store and being unable to troubleshoot it over the phone, I had to bring it back in to have the light housing replaced. This put us behind schedule and made it impossible to leave to drive back to Texas the next day. When we were able to leave we learned from the cop that pulled us over that the blinker was still not working. The light worked, but the blinker failed to blnk when the lights were on. Disappointing experience over and over again.

I was not given a dollar amount per mile. I was not told to rent at 1 location and return at a different 1. It cost me over 200 to do a in town move. I drove from Midvail to Provo for pick up and drop at same location. They charged me when I picked up and at drop off. Horrible customer service. You are the expert. The truck says 39.99 for in town. Yet really costs 200.00. I even bought insurance just in case. Now I wish I would have just went with Penske. No hidden fees!

I had to wait a long time both with the check out and the check in. On the day of the check out, there was only one other person in line, but it took a long time before someone else came to help out. On the day I checked in, there appeared to be only one person and there was a long line. So maybe have more people available to help customers.

I reserved a truck online a few days in advance to try and make things go more quickly. Saturday morning I waited in line for about 40 minutes because there was only one person working. The poor guy was running his tail off but people kept coming in and he couldn’t keep up. Additional staff members would make the rental process go more smoothly for everyone.

I can’t believe how horrible the customer service was at this location. They weee completely rude. I will not be using this uhaul location ever again.

Service has been VERY slow the past 2 times I have rented here. I waited 45 minutes last time. :(

The truck was very clean except for the large black widow spider sitting in her web inside the back. It was obvious as soon as I opened the back and climbed in so perhaps someone could have checked it before sending it out.

Grayson helped resolve a problem I had. Very helpful!

The staff was very very helpful. Really tried to help out and offered suggestions. My biggest complaint was the wait time. I waited almost 20 minutes once in the store.

Staff is ALWAYS respectful, courteous and friendly. I won’t rent from anyone else! I was used this location numerous times and highly recommend them for all of your moving or rental needs. Very satisfied customer!

The online check in program is faulty. Couldn't find the check in button on my phone. You need to make a separate web in. Too cumbersome and convoluted.

the wind shield wiper fluid was empty and the sun visor on the drivers side would not stay put when you moved it to the side. It kept moving and hitting me in the head.

Truck felt like it was going to fall apart while driving. It could barely keep going 60 mph with nothing in it and was chugging along. Felt dangerous. Also returning past hours was difficult. The instructions stopped when it couldn’t find my location.
