In retrospect to the over all situation I do have to give credit to the The staff that was there at the time. I was fairly annoyed that the vehicle was not at the location I anticipated it to be. And that I had to change all of my plans last minute in order to get someone to follow me to pick the vehicle up and drive across town. And chances are I was not hiding my frustration as much as I would like to so credit to the staff on getting the situation figured out. That said.. the frusteration amplified when i signed the paper work and i told them i couldbt pick the vehicle up until 9pm. I had no problem with them parking it and me just coming back to pick it up later. I assumed i would just take the key and come back at 9 for the vehicle. I was told that they had to park it and they would text me a code for a lock to access the key at 8pm when They close. I asked them twice if i should call before they closed to remind them because if they dont, and they are closed i dont have a way to access the vehicle. I was assured h They would.. 8:15 rolls by and still no word. 15 min on hold with customer support finally someone is able to get ahold of the GM and get the kid to text me the password. But the kid never told me where i had to enter this in. Walking around the building i dont see any type of place to enter this code. Text the kid back where am i supposed to put this code in? He sayd on the back of the truck.. ok. What truck is it? They all look the same and had to wonder around the parking lot to find the one with the one with the padlock so i could enter it in.. basically im already annoyed and frusterated. And this is just piling on even more stress and frusteration. Finally find the truck with the padlock start it up and start driving. In the middle of a rainstorm strong enough tou can barely see the lines on the road and the steering wheel has so much play in it that i can barely stay in my lane. I could literally put my hand on 9oclock and turn the steering wheel to 3 o clock before the steering responded. So driving that i didnt feel comfortable going more than 30 miles an hour making for a very long drive to the house. That said the over all experience itself I would give a 3 out of 5 stars. The girl who checked my vehicle in was very sweet. And she made the check in process very quick and efficient.

Very little contact with employees here, just a drop off.
Loved the ability to check in and return online.
The light didn't work inside the truck. I tried it many times and had others try as well. Moving the dial up on the cab The miles from pick up to drop off didn't even cover the distance. That didn't allow any "extra" miles from picking it up and going to pack up. It took so long to get the truck. 20 mins to pickup the truck.
Codee did a great job
great staff. it was busy and they were right on top of it.
The guy who actually helped us was fantastic. The first guy we talked to told us there were no trailers in the size we needed. So we left, rented one online and picked it up at the same location! Not happy being lied to but the guy who helped us the second time was great and the return was super easy.
Só many hidden fees! It's ridiculous. The side of the trucks say $39 for moves in town, but with fees and crap it ended up being $133. Never using again!
Everyone was helpful and friendly!
I have rented from this location multiple times, and their customer service is always phenomenal. Earlier the same day, I tried a different U-Haul location (on 700 S in Springville, UT), and the owner was so rude that I walked out and canceled my reservation. So, I drove down to old-faithful -- my friends at UHaul of Bulldog Blvd -- and in MINUTES they had me set up and on my way. So easy, so friendly, so clean, so professional. I think the young man who helped me was named Brad, and that guy deserves a raise. I don't think I'll be going to any other locations. Bulldog U-Haul has my business. Period.
Great location! Customer assistance #1 Thanks great job!
I arrived early for my trailer pickup- and was helped immediately. She finished up a few items for my rental, hooked the trailer to my SUV, and I was gone in around 15 minutes, Check-in once I was done with the trailer was also painless- the young lady was very direct, yet also personable. Overall, I would recommend this dealer and will go back again.
Smiles and Happy...enjoy it... thanks
Very well pleased with the service at this location. Will definitely use again.
The truck I had was one of the oldest in the fleet and had so many problems it was unsafe
I have used this location a number of times for purchases of trailers, a hitch, and other supplies. Very friendly and competent.
You charged me 20 bucks plus tax to drop this piece of crap u-haul truck that would not go faster the 65mph even downhill with the gas pedal to the floor. You disgust me. I was told that it would be free to drop it off after hours and now you are charging. If there is ever a next time I will be sure to park it blocking the entrance to the lot instead of a parking spot.
The employees that helped me load my car to the trailer were amazing. I was stressed about the process but they handled it easily. The truck/trailer made it 1700 miles with no problems and in good condition. Very pleased!
Took 1.5 hours to finalize the rental of a car transport. When I dropped it off the emailed receipt of drop off didn't come. When I called it took 15 minutes to get someone. I asked for a return receipt and she sent a copy of the contract. I hope the whole company isn't run like this.
Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and the overall experience was GREAT!
Alaska was great help
I have many times over the past 6 years and I always rent a 26' van to move me across town. It is a great experience every time. The store is filled with friendly and helpful staff and it is great for picking up supplies that I need as well. Great experience every time.
Good service at checkout and very good service when checking in.
They were accommodating even when I had made my reservation a few hours before pickup. The instructions to drop off the trailer after close hours were confusing and the url wouldn't accept the pictures of the location barcode (which I finally found by the front door).
They were great to work with us.
