I had the original reservation at another location and uhaul called me to arrange to go to this location. Needed tires, location didn't check lights and I had to send them a photo of hitch and license plate. Ratchet straps were in disrepair. Location did call me to make sure I would get my rental as it was a day before thanksgiving and location would be closed. Kudos for them arranging to meet me. Had to go to another location for tire replacement.

They changed me twice for the Dolly

CHARLES HIt was good. They hooked it up, safety chains Plug & made sure everthing worked. Only issue was they had to call corperate to get assisance with the p-work.
