There was no one way equipment to be found.So I had to drive thirty miles north to come back south. The reps said they would send me a video on how to access the lockbox, but nothing was ever sent. Had to call the eight hundred number.This delayed me by about fifteen twenty minutes

Dissapointed that after returning my 26' rental, I was charged an additional $120 for a missing dolly I never received - moving is expensive as it is, this was more stress than I needed. Mike at Uhaul was great and recognized the error and immediately issued the refund
