I requested a car hauler. I specifically mentioned that I needed a car hauler to transport a Subaru sedan. I could not load it onto the toy hauler. The ramp and angle were too high and steep. I wasted almost $100 and 24 hours because of this error. I exchanged it for a real auto transport today. They are good Uhaul reps. Just one bad choice of what a customer needed. They are real good people. Please do not ostracize them.
