Trailer was clean but the rep didn’t do a light check turns out the harness had a short I get pulled over for no working brake lights or signals cop was cool no ticket I was able to put one of my own connectors in its place I told the drop off yard about the issue and showed them the bad section on the harness connector

I've been buying items off Facebook Marketplace recently, and their U-Haul rental process is absolutely flawless—great prices, always available, and I am in and out in minutes. I have completely abandoned Home Depot and Lowe's. It is incredibly refreshing to have a customer-friendly, local business right in my neighborhood that I can actually count on and trust. Absolutely awesome operation.

Ignacio TOk. Soooooooo. Location yes was great. Customer service was amazing. Truck worked great for getting things from California to arizona. A/C worked great for the trip and truck ran great. What did not do well though was the shocks were out. The amount of bouncing around we did on that drive was ridiculous. We were not made aware of that problem. We bounced around more than a ball in a pin ball machine. If there is some kind of issue with a vehicle then customers should be made aware of the issue beforehand.

VLADIMIR PUnit needs an alignment immediately. Was told they have asked for it before and it was denied. Not the first customer to complain about it either. It needs it and is dangerously bad.to drive when fully loaded. I would recommend fixing it asap. If I would have crashed it a lawsuit would have followed shortly after. Only reason I kept it was because it was the only one available. FIX IT!
